In 1985 Shaik Saeed Bin Daha had established a construction and trading company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The history of BDG group had been begun in 1998, Shaik Saeed Bin Daha founded the BDG organization as a general contracting and trading company, BDG has founded contracting sector through establishing road works and construction to diversified activities with numerous activities.

To prepare for an ambitious and more active local role, the BDG Group had set up various BDG has two companies under a single association ATC and ATICO.

BDG Group is a multifunctional group which provides engineering services in the Oil & Gas, Power, Telecommunication, Petrochemicals, Water and Civil sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is our vision to become the market leader in engineering contracting and trading in the above sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other GCC Countries, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality standards and to contribute to the technical, economic and social developments of the region.
